Displayed Tickets

To change the status or style of tickets that are displayed in your list, refer to the bar above your ticket list and choose Select from the top right.

Using the buttons above allows you to change the types of tickets you see in your list; including whose ticket it is, the status of the ticket, and the type of ticket it is.

When you are finished, choose Close Select.

If you would like to change the way your tickets display all the time, choose Set Sel. Defaults and select the way you would like them displayed.

When you've finished, just select Close at the bottom.

To quickly move through an extensive list, use the search bar to the left of the ticket menu bar to locate a specific ticket within your displayed list.
