Paid Outs is money that is paid out of the cash register. An example of this would be if you were to pay cash out of the cash drawer to advertise in the local school calendar.
These paid outs categories will show up as options when checking out a cash drawer. This provides a method to account for that money, so that the drawer can be balanced correctly.
Add a new category
Type the category name in the Name box and press the Add button. It will appear in the list.
Edit a category
Click the name and you will be able to edit. Press Enter to confirm.
Disable a category
Uncheck the checkbox. A disabled category will no longer show up in any paid out list. To re-enable a category, simply recheck the checkbox.
