If your batch fails and prints a failure message that looks like like:
BATCH FAILURE
Batch: 123 - Failure RB00123E0031D220100101011
Notice how the error code starts with RB. RB = refused batch, so try and batch again. If it starts counting its way through the transactions, 1 of 50, 2 of 50, etc.
Watch it and see where it stops. 15 of 50, 16 of 50, and then it stops and fails and printed your failed batch message.
At this point, you will need to find the bad transaction or why TSYS refused the batch.
If it is due to a bad transaction, they should be able to find out which one.
Voiding that transaction in the POS should then fix your batch so you can batch and settle the other transactions.
To recover the transaction you had to void, the full card number will be needed to re-run that transaction.
Card services of the bank will likely need to be called.
