Cash Drawer Will Not Open

When pressing the "Open Drawer" Button, do you here a clicking sound coming from the cash drawer.

If you do the and drawer still does not open...

The drawer may be locked, try opening it with the provided key.

Make sure there is nothing beneath the drawer insert, if there is it may be lifting the drawer insert in the drawer slide and hitting the top opening of the cash drawer.

Make sure there is nothing in the drawer that may prevent it from opening such as coin rolls, etc.

Cash Drawer Kick Out Cable

The kick out cable is located underneath the Cash Drawer towards the back.

Make sure the kick out cable is firmly connected on both ends.

The Cash Drawer Opens Off The Printer from a port in the back of it.

So it may be an issue with the printer.
